A suspect in the attack are odd on the young woman flees us, authorities say

A man wanted in a series of strange slashings bottoms that are targeted at busy young lady Fairfax County shopping mall has fled to his native Peru, police said Wednesday.

Authorities are exploring whether Johnny d. Guillen Pimentel, 40, could be extradited to stand trial in the United States, but he has not taken into custody, said Lucy Caldwell, a county police spokesman.

Caldwell said that Guillen Pimentel arrived in Peru at about mid-December, but it is not clear whether he had to go there directly from the United States or how he had left the country. He is believed to live in Lima, the nation
